Open day at the farm

A summer’s day in the countryside – with beer on tap, walks to see the cows and delicious food from the barbecue. We’re taking part in the “Brandenburger Landpartie” for the first time this year and would love to have you join us. Open Farm Day on 13 and 14 June 2026 from 11am to 4pm.

Thinking from the ground up

Soil quality is the fundamental basis of all our work.
Here in Alt Madlitz, Brandenburg, we have the worst possible foundation for farming due to extremely low rainfalls and very sandy, low nutrient soil.
Nevertheless we believe that even in our climate, adopting adaptable land use models is the key to solving many of the most pressing problems – from climate change and biodiversity, as well as social issues  
 
This is why here in Alt madlitz, on our 3,000 hectares we are working on a variety of multifunctional farming methods to build healthy and resilient ecosystems: from holistic pasture management to composting, syntropic agroforestry, forest conversion, the development of new software and technology.

From pasture to plate

Our cattle spend 365 days a year outdoors, grazing across our fields and helping to replenish our soil. We shoot each animal right here in the pasture. No stress. Quality that runs through every cut – quality you can taste. 

We ship our organic pasture-raised beef every two weeks, chilled and via express delivery directly to your door.
