Max firmly believes that data is vital to show how much more we produce in agriculture and forestry that is outside of merely the harvest. To prove it, Max’s research spans all ecological parameters, providing economic data for our collaborative cooperations with universities and institutes. When he’s not analyzing soil samples or collecting data, he’s passionately tending to the ginger production in his garden.
