Benedikt is an agricultural economist and the man who started our regenerative journey, the source of all our projects and the one who pulls all the strings (and there are many) together. A person full of visions, hope and an incredibly good feeling for people. In 2016 he came to Madlitz with an idea, then the drought came and everything changed. Since then, he has expanded his team with more than 15 new employees and has made it his mission to demonstrate on the degraded soils of Brandenburg: Multifunctional land use is the key to solving many of the most pressing problems of our time.
